Children's Eyecare
As children grow, their eyes change and their vision develops. It is important to have your child’s eyesight checked on a regular basis as poor eyesight can affect their behaviour and education, for example, being unable to see the board at school.
Children do not know anything is wrong with their vision, so don’t rely on them to tell you that they are struggling. If you suspect there may be an issue, get in touch with us to book an appointment for peace of mind. The sooner problems are spotted, the quicker they can be treated.

Kids eye tests
A kid’s eye test will be carried out by our experienced optometrist in a fun and friendly way. Kids can get their eyes examined even before they’ve learned how to read as we’ve created special tests that use lights, colours and pictures instead of letters.
Children’s eye examinations are free on the NHS for children under 16, or under 19 and in full-time education.
If glasses are needed, we provide a wide choice of NHS prescription glasses or kids designer frames. Our goal is to make choosing a pair of glasses a stress-free experience for children and adults alike!
